Octagons are road noise reducers which are mounted at the top edge of a noise abatement wall. They have the shape of a prism with an octagonal base. They are built from perforated aluminum sheet filled with mineral wool. Through the use of an octagon, one may increase or maintain the previous acoustic properties simultaneously reducing the height of the noise abatement wall.
The octagon is 458mm high and 418mm wide. Octagons are adapted for installation with spacing of structural poles of up to 5000mm (optionally 6m on request).
It is also possible to select the octagon’s color from the wide standard RAL palette, as well as non-RAL colors.
